1. Who We Are

Podsonic ("Podsonic," "we," "us") provides podcast production services to businesses and individuals. This policy covers our website at podsonic.pro and the services we provide to clients.

2. Information We Collect

Website visitors. Our website has no contact forms, no email signup, and no account system. We do not ask you for any information in order to browse it. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request.

Prospective clients. If you book a call with us, you provide your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your business. Booking is handled by cal.com, not by our website.

Clients. When you purchase a plan we collect your name, email address, billing address, and business details. We never see or store your full card number — card details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor. We receive only a confirmation, the last four digits, and the card brand.

Content you provide. To produce your podcast we receive the material you send us: audio and video recordings, show notes, guest names and biographies, artwork, and any other production material. This may include personal information about third parties, such as your guests.

Correspondence. We keep the emails and messages you send us, so that we have a record of what was agreed and requested.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above only to run our business and deliver what you have paid for. Specifically:

• To produce, edit, publish, and distribute your podcast;
• To communicate with you about your show, your schedule, and your feedback;
• To process payments, issue invoices, and manage your subscription;
• To keep records required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes;
• To maintain the security and reliability of our website.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers we need in order to operate, and only to the extent each one requires. We do not disclose your information to anyone else except where the law requires it.

Podsonic engages independent contractors to perform production work, as described in our Terms of Service. Contractors receive only the material required for their task and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or valid legal process, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics software, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no cross-site trackers. We do not track you across other websites, and we do not receive reports about your browsing.

Two third-party services are contacted by your browser when you load a page: Google Fonts, which serves the typeface, and — only if a video is loaded — YouTube. Both receive your IP address as an unavoidable part of serving the request. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, which does not set tracking cookies unless you play a video.

Because we do not track visitors, there is nothing for a cookie banner to ask you about, and we do not show one.

6. Data Retention

Production files. As set out in our Terms of Service, we maintain the ten (10) most recent episodes in accessible storage. On termination you have thirty (30) days to download your files, after which they may be permanently deleted.

Billing records. We retain invoices and payment records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Correspondence. We retain email and messages for as long as needed to administer the relationship and to resolve any dispute arising from it.

Server logs. Retained by our hosting provider on their standard schedule and used only for security and troubleshooting.

7. Security

We protect information with measures appropriate to a business of our size:

• Our website is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our site is encrypted;
• Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. They are never transmitted to or stored on our systems;
• Access to client accounts and production files is limited to the people who need it, and contractors receive only what their task requires;
• Accounts used to run the business are protected with strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where the provider supports it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you promptly and, where required, the relevant authorities.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• Provide a copy of it;
• Correct anything inaccurate;
• Delete it, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

Email andy@podsonic.pro and we will respond within thirty (30) days. We will not charge you for making a request, and we will not treat you differently for having made one.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or, in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation. We honour the requests above regardless of where you are located.

9. Podcast Guests and Third Parties

If you supply us with recordings or information involving other people — most commonly your podcast guests — you are responsible for obtaining the rights, permissions, and releases needed for us to process and publish that material, as set out in our Terms of Service.

If you are a guest on a show we produce and you have a question about your recording, contact the show owner first. You may also contact us at andy@podsonic.pro and we will pass your request to them.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Visitors

Podsonic operates from the United States, and the service providers listed above process information there and in other countries. If you access our website or use our services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your own country.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices or our service providers change. Each version carries a version number and effective date. If we make a material change affecting active clients, we will give notice in the same way we do for changes to our Terms of Service.
